From the initial phone inquiry, they were able to identify the likely issue. Had a great experience dealing with Appliance Forever. They were acting on behalf of my extended warranty company when it came to my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Very professional. Booked the appt. Confirmed. Called ahead. Showed up on time and diagnosed. Ordered part and came back with new IceMaker two weeks later and installed perfectly and Voila ! We have ice again. I recommend.
