I was very pleased with their knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient, reasonable, and honest service. The water dispenser on my Samsung fridge wasn't working well. Zak arrived for the inspection, quickly identified the issue, and explained that a replacement part needed to be ordered under warranty. He also informed me how long the process would take. Had a great experience dealing with Appliance Forever. They were acting on behalf of my extended warranty company when it came to my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Very professional. Booked the appt. Confirmed. Called ahead. Showed up on time and diagnosed. Ordered part and came back with new IceMaker two weeks later and installed perfectly and Voila ! We have ice again. I recommend.
